Okay so who has 1 bottle of water at a party or get together? If you are like me I have 1 bottle but I keep filling it back up for more! Especially if I have some Crystal Light Peach Mango Green Tea packets to go with it!

So when you have a party how fun would it be to have these little treat boxes to go along with your drinks as favors? Have each one filled with each person's favorite drink packet.

Heyyy!! there is an idea for a roomie gift for Convention! I wonder if they come in Coke flavor for my roomie?? LOL nope, but that is okay.

Okay so I don't know exactly how this happens but it always seems to happen every week. I am actually the one that designs all these sketches for the Stampin' Queens Sketch Challenges... yet.. my card is always different! HAHA!  What is up with that!

I don't know maybe I just had a different thought of what I was going to do when I did the sketch.. dunno but I think it is darn funny that my take on my own sketches are different then the actual sketch! haha!

You really should go over this week to check out the blog full of inspiration. We have 2 new designers Maxine and Diana. I know you will love their work! Maxine's card this week is so super cute!! I love it!

I wanted to use one of the boxes that I made earlier in the week for my online classes. But I needed a card to go with, so this card along with the sketch are what I came up with.

Summer Afternoon

 

Not only is this a great stamp set but the name is just perfect!

Yes the name is actually Summer Afternoon! It is a new hostess stamp set that will be available on June 1 - this coming Friday!! This stamp set and a few of the others in the book are perfect for me. I don't know why but I love bicycles. Which is strange to me because I don't ride them, I don't know where the obsession comes from.

I am so excited to start getting things out of the new book. I know that I have already gotten a few things but this new book is awesome! I have a whole wishlist started!

This also has the new fabric on it called Comfort Cafe. I love the fabric! I can't wait to start making some Origami Fabric Flowers from it all for convention swaps!  I plan on making a few of them to take with me. I will have to post a few of them so you can see how great they are looking!

I can't wait to see what my monthly card club members think about the card since this is one that they will be getting this month :) I hope they like it as much as I do!

As you can see from this second photo I colored just a little bit of the photo. I like doing that with the bicycle stamps that have flowers in them, again something I have no idea why...but i like it...lol

Well I am off to finish the Up, Up & Away tutorial for my June Stamp Camp / Kit. I have decided to sell just the tutorial alone as well so if you are looking forward to that, keep checking back!

Butterfly Lantern - Video Tutorial

Everyone that has seen this latern in my yard so far LOVES it! I thought it was pretty simple, but the butterflies from the Beautiful Wings Embosslit really make it!

This is a sweet little project that reallydoesn't take a lot of time, and helps to recycle some of those butterflies that are being cut out but not used.

Summer time treat jar - video tutorial

I had a lot of fun making these jars for a hostess appreciation event that I am having. I do one every new catalog, and so I thought it would fit right in with my Summer Edition Preview for the next set of online classes.

Plus I really wanted to share them with you because they are so fun! (and easy...shhhh)

You really don't need that much to even make them. You can use any jar... I used a jar from Ikea .  They are some of the best  little jars EVER! I have even made pin cushion tops on them before too.

Yes, it is Wednesday again and boy did it sneak up on me! It is time for the Stampin Queens Sketch Challenge this week! This is the fun sketch that we have for you this week. Just something simple and fun. 

So I decided to have some fun with it using Button Buddies. My friend Fances and I love cherries. If I put something on a card she is bound to change it to the cherries if she has a chance. so you know... these cherries are for you Frances :) no really, this is your birthday card so act surprised like you love it...haha! Yes, we are both crazy too...haha!

I like the new Gumball Green Stitched Satin Ribbon that I am really liking because it is so soft and fun. wow I am really all about the fun today :)
